We manufacture best quality of aseptic pineapple pulp extracted from GI tagged fresh pineapples from Kerala. Pineapple pulp processing involves the selection of ripened pineapples, sorting, and washing with fresh water.
FROZEN PINEAPPLE PULP
Frozen pineapple pulp is manufactured from the pineapple fruit grown in the Kerala ,the south region of India ,and is exported worldwide. The farm fresh fully ripened pineapples are sorted, cleaned and processed under the help of fully automated machines and then to form frozen pineapple pulp.
SULPHITED PINEAPPLE PULP
Sulphited Pineapple Pulp is extracted from varieties of fresh pineapple from south India. Sulphited Pineapple Pulp is manufactured by fully ripened pineapple fruit. The ripened fruits are sorted, cleaned, and then processed to the form of Sulphited Pineapple Pulp.
FROZEN PINEAPPLE DICE
The freshly picked, sound mature pineapples are transported to our factory. The pineapples are washed to remove dust and foreign particles. The pineapple is de-crowned, and the manual process peels off the skin. The peeled pineapple fruits are passed onto the conveyor belt for sorting. The pineapples are sorted based on their firmness, colour, and shape.
